As Covalent Global Development Executive, Vishal is responsible for industry and opportunity analysis. Vishal holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and utilizes his array of analytical skills to research, analyze and prepare reports on the oil and gas industry and opportunities available to Covalent and its clients.
Vishal is also an International Tax advisor and is undertaking the study for the IRS’ Enrolled Agent Special enrolment examinations. Vishal has previously worked part time in construction as a laborer for two years gaining many valuable practical skills.
With a background in chemistry Vishal has an interest in Organic Synthesis specifically the synthesis of aromatic compounds. As well as computational approaches to help in the efficient synthesis of compounds and to design molecules.

Rianna Holas is an international private client advisor who is passionate about the global wealth management and luxury services industry. Rianna uses her skills and experience to provide a superior level of service, particularly for families in Latin America who require a scope of international tax, financial,trust and corporate management services.
For the last three years,Riannaworked with a number of clients to deliver both corporate and customer services customized to each client’s requirement or compliant structure, whilst providing Directorial Services when required.
Rianna has a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). She is currently undertaking a series of STEP qualifications to enhance her wealth management and skills platform and will increase her involvement in the STEP Barbados branch through working with the executive members to increase the awareness of the branch.
